About Me

Hello.  My name is Lizzy Archibald and I'm an Occupational Therapist (OT for short).  I am proud to say that I have worked the NHS for over 22 years in mental health services.  My expertise and passion lies in autism, neuro-developmental conditions and using a neuro-affirming approach to support young people and adults to access assessment and support.  I am building this website (as an absolute novice so please forgive me!) to let people know that I have recently launched an adult ADHD and autism assessment service (age 16+).  I really want this service to be affordable, accessible, neuro-affirming and most of all an excellent assessment and support service using my many years of clinical expertise and my experience as an autism mum myself.  I also use these skills in offering some specific clinical assessments, interventions and coaching, please see my 'services' tab for more information.  I also hope to offer some training soon too.  I'm always happy to hear from anyone with any questions and my email is coachingbylizzy@gmail.com, please do get in touch.  I will add some more information here soon.
